You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
HOW TO RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at harveycharles@hupf.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.
REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive your returned items and inspect them, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
CONDITIONS
• Products must be unopened and in their original packaging
• Custom or bulk orders may have different return conditions - please contact us for details
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Custom printed or bespoke orders cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
